Synopsis

In Taiwan - a revolution begins. But not a political revolution. It's a fight for survival. The enemy - trash. It threatens to overwhelm the island...unless these people can stem the tide and discover new ways to re-use the refuse they already have.

Here - the best and the brightest engineers are retro-fitting the world's second tallest skyscraper into one of the greenest in the world. And they've got practically no time to do it...

Here - a young architect is trying to become a modern-day noah - by building a vast arc - made only of trash......into treasure. And if they succeed - they believe the world will follow. It's a project for the next generation. And each of its missions seems impossible.
